Sculptra is an injectable biostimulator composed of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a material that has been used safely in medicine for decades. Rather than acting as a traditional filler, Sculptra works by stimulating the body's natural collagen production pathways.

Treatment

During Treatment

A local anaesthetic is incorporated into the treatment preparation to maximise comfort. Most clients experience only mild pressure during treatment.

Your appointment concludes with a facial massage to ensure even product distribution.

Aftercare

Some swelling, tenderness, bruising, or redness may occur following treatment and generally resolves within several days.

Because Sculptra works by stimulating collagen production, results develop gradually over time. Improvements are typically seen over several months as new collagen is produced.

Following treatment, you will be advised to massage the treated areas for five minutes, five times per day, for five days.
